January 2nd Officers Meeting

	Held at Pazzo's Pizza House on Eastlake Ave. E. in Seattle at six P.M. seventeen Brothers came to the first officers meeting of WM Skip Albertson's tenure. The Worshipful Master came prepared with handouts of everything that would be discussed. From the calendar for the year to the membership list. The WM included all present in every phase of the meeting. Suggestions were heard and discussed and the mortar laid for the coming year.
W Bro. Jerry Berger came from the Joint Degree program to tell about how it will work this year. There are presently eleven Lodges signed up for this with one pending. With twelve Lodges involved the degree work should be a very special occasion for those candidates who are entered, passed, or raised in one of the sessions which are planned	---------
	Committees were discussed and the WM will have these assigned very soon. It looks like every committee will have contact with the website so that the entire membership can keep up on what is happening. The Worshipful Master let everyone know that the Lodge will be a fun place to be this year. The Lodge will be a relaxed atmosphere except when ritualistic work is to be done. If everyone does his part this will be a very successful year in the history of St. John's Lodge No. 9. The WM let everyone know that he needs and expects everyone to do his share.
At the request of WB Charles Tupper, webmaster, the WM assigned a committee consisting of WB Tupper, chairman, VWB Jim Russell, WB Bill Collison, and WB Alan Pinch as the website committee. This will help insure that the website remains on track as a vehicle to bring to you, the membership of St. John's Lodge No. 9 the latest and best news of your Lodge. All that goes on will come to you as soon as the information reaches the webmaster.	---------
